Digitally Aware Workshop

We'll do a short meditation during this time together followed by a self-assessment of our behavior and motives around technology. The intention here is to build awareness of our behavior to find opportunities for improvement. This will be a monthly event and we hope to create a small circle that grows together as we combat human downgrading and replace it with optimization.
What to bring:
- Tea, water, something to sip on
- A dedicated “digital behavior” journal and a pen
- Anything that will make you feel more cozy and comfortable as we sit together for an hour

The goal with these groups is to help you become more aware of your digital behaviors and combat digital distraction in order to help us live our fullest potential.
