During our bi-weekly support group, we bring conscious awareness to our digital behaviors, discover the underlying triggers, and bring an emphasis to turning values into time. The goal with these groups is to help you become more aware of your digital behaviors and combat digital distractions in order to help us live our fullest potential.
Limited registration to maintain an intimate space. We'll do a short meditation during this time together followed by a self-assessment of our behavior and motives around technology. The intention here is to build awareness of our behavior to find opportunities for improvement.
